I am Chirag Tomar associated with Axrecycle Private Limited a company engaged in manufacture of aluminum ingots and also the Director of Tomar Group of Industries PVT LTD dealing in Construction business. The story of my growth from a university student to a businessperson can be attributed to education, hard work, and the passion to embrace change.

Early Life and Education

I was born on September 5, 1993 in Delhi and started my education in Kamal Model School in Vikas Puri. This is the time when I became more interested in the field of technology and business. The passion for technology and the need to contribute towards the society were the factors that influenced my decision to study B-Tech in Computer Science at Graphic Era University. In Graphic Era University I gained technical education along with critical thinking skills that have been very useful in my career.

Professional Journey

After finishing my education, I stepped out in the world with an aim and determination to discover the horizon that is business world. My first managerial position was as the Director of Axrecycle Private Limited, a company specializing in recycling as well as manufacturing of aluminium ingots. Aluminum is commonly used in many industries such as automotive, construction, and electronics hence has a significant importance. Throughout my tenure as a leader of Axrecycle, it has grown significantly and became an industry leader due to its focus on quality and environmental responsibility.

Expanding Horizons: Tomar Group of Industries

Apart from being a part of Axrecycle, I work as a Director for Tomar Group of Industries PVT LTD which has well carved its unique identity in construction sector. The construction industry in India is expanding apace, and with expansion necessarily comes the requirement for enthused and inspired performance and imagination. At Tomar group, always best efforts made are to provide those projects which are far beyond the expectations Levels.

They speak of fresh, clean, technical designs, of rigorous engineering, and of our determination to deliver the best: all competitive advantages. Working with Leading Tomar Group of Industries has been highly diverse as it provides me an opportunity to blend the technical understanding and business skills to design structures for the Company.

Since I have a technical background and being a firm advocate of continuous improvement, I am often in search of opportunities to leverage new technologies in the organization. Whether it is embracing a new method of manufacturing as is evident at Axrecycle or embracing the latest construction technologies the Tomar Group, this objective has always been to ensure that our companies are ahead of the game in terms of innovation.
